District calendar

Explore events supplied by our ClubRunner demo account. Open an event to check its organizer, time, location and registration link, where provided. Some gatherings are for members or invited participants; a listing does not guarantee that it is open to everyone. Before attending, confirm guest eligibility, charges, accessibility and any reservation deadline with the organizer. A registration link takes you to the event’s own service. For hands-on service, start with our Volunteer With Rotary guide and ask a club which projects welcome guests.

Keep Rotary on your calendar

Choose Google or Apple to follow the connected calendar in your calendar app. The .ics link provides the calendar file or feed for compatible applications. Where your app offers a subscription, use it to receive later changes; importing a file once may create a snapshot that does not update. Refresh timing depends on your calendar app. Check the event’s own details before leaving, especially if its time or location has changed.

The DG notifies the clubs of the name and club of the selected nominee and announces November 1 as the deadline for receipt by the Governor of a resolution of challenge pursuant to RI Bylaws, Article 13.020.8

If clubs do not submit a resolution of challenge by the deadline, or if challenges are withdrawn, or if at least five concurrences have not been made, then the DG will declare the unchallenged nominee to be the official nominee and notify all clubs as soon as practicable.

If a club successfully challenges the nominee by November 1, then the governor DG notifies the clubs of the names and qualifications of each qualified candidate and announces that the candidates will be voted upon by mail.  The governor mails ballots to clubs.
