About this site and your information

A demonstration website

This site at site2.yogaoc.com demonstrates WP-CR-Connect using fictional District 50406 content and a connected ClubRunner demo account. It is not an official district membership or registration service. Updated October 5, 2026.

Information you submit

The demo inquiry form asks for a name and email address and may include your city, interests, preferred club and message. Submitting it allows the website administrator to review and respond to your inquiry. Please do not send sensitive personal information or details about children.

How inquiries are handled

Inquiries are stored in this website’s administrative system using Contact Form 7 and Flamingo and can be sent to the administrator by email. They are not published as page content. Copies may remain in the administrative system or email until deleted.

Technical information and cookies

The site uses WordPress. Administrator sign-in uses cookies for login and interface preferences. Hosting and security tools can record technical request information, including IP addresses and browser information, to operate and protect the site.

Maps, directories and external links

The website displays sample club, leadership, business and event information supplied through ClubRunner. Maps request tiles from external map services. Loading external content may share technical request information with the provider. Registration, calendar and other external links lead to separate websites with their own privacy practices.

Location features

The business directory offers a location button. Using it asks your browser for permission to obtain your location for the directory search. You can decline and enter a place manually instead.

Questions or removal requests

To ask about information you submitted or request its removal, contact the website owner through GarryHeath.com. Include enough context to identify the inquiry without sending sensitive information.
